Celebrating birthday with Seth

We made a short trip to Columbia to go to the temple on Friday night. We were glad that Jacob could join us. On Saturday morning he was off to NC and we were glad to celebrate birthday #7 with Seth. He was all smiles as we sang to him. He is our 1st and only Grandson. His smile just makes everyone happy!

His sisters gathered all around him to watch him blow out his candles.

He had to blow again to get that last one out!

Yum! Lets eat.

Seth was excited to show us his Halloween costume- He was "Mario" this year. Jared and Kristen and Chloe were there to help us celebrate.

Is that not the sweetest little face looking up at her Daddy.

Uncle Will dropped by too to join in the fun.
Chloe had her cute pumpkin outfit on with matching bow by her Mommy, of course!
Rob took a break from his remolding and Kaitlyn liked the comfy seat.
Little Natalie had a bad start to the day. (She threw up and was trying to recover with a little TLC with Mom.) We will all be so glad when the 17th arrives so Beth will have her lap back again and will not be swollen from head to toe. We are excited to have Grand baby # 6 join our family. Stay tune....baby photos are sure to be here soon.

Trip to Zebulon

You will see a lot of smiles....b/c we had lots to smile about. It was such a stress relief to just go visit those you love and be together. We ate way too much and stayed up late and tried to get in as much laughter as possible in 2 days!
Will decided that we needed to add a twist to the scrabble game. The new rule was that you could only make a word that would describe someone in the room. We got very creative! David was not sure of this rule but he did play along as he did double time watching USC football. (Grandma and Will and I laughed more and scored low and David continued to hold his record of coming out on top.)

We had a little snack during our game.
We visited cute little Kaleb and his new baby brother Nolan.

Isn't he adorable!
Heather and Kyle are great parents.
I loved getting to visit at their home.

We all took turns getting to cuddle little Nolan.

Emily is always so happy!

Michael continues to amaze us with his intelligence. (I didn't get a pic but he was a great demonstration for the Wii fit for me. Thanks Mickey!)

I think Lauren and Jeff were staying clear of all the noise. Jeff made wonderful burgers and we had a great Sunday dinner. Lauren has a cute haircut.

Jacob and Brittany joined us for Church today to hear Gramps and Will give their talks.
Jacob seems to be smiling a lot lately :)
Gramps and the boys looking sharp for church.
Grandma gets a group hug from her grandsons.
I hope we all will put on a happy face! We have so much to smile about.

Pumpkins past

As the fall rolls around and the cool air has made its way south my mind traveled back in time to all the little pumpkins, teddy bears, ghost, Indians and smurfs of days gone by.

Isn't he adorable!

Can you tell me who this cutie is?
