Who's the birthday boy?

Does this cute little boy ring a bell? He was spoiled by 4 older siblings, his Aunt Terry and made a tough ole Dad turn soft. He loved a fuzzy white blanket that his DeeDee will never forget and made our world just a little bit more exciting.
Happy Birthday David dear! 15 years old and what a fine young man you turned out to be! We love our Davey boy!

David was happy to get out of school early and get his driver's permit today. We took him out to eat to celebrate his day and then instead of ice cream cake on such a freezing Nov. evening, he went for a warmer treat. Take a look. We drove up and the "HOT" sign was on! YUM!!!!!!!!!!! Now that takes the cake!

24 hours of Joy

I made a quick trip to Columbia with little time but a full plate to accomplish!
Enjoy the photo field trip:
What a great way to start the evening with a beautiful photo of the Temple. Even on the grounds you feel that wonderful spirit and know you are standing on Holy Ground.
Next stop supper with Beth and family and a birthday present for Carolyn. She loved her new kitty outfit.
Then for the late night activity it was "Take me out to the BRRRR game! Jared, Kristen and I went to see Jacob play in his 9pm ballgame with the temperature below freezing!!!

After drinking all our hot chocolate, no feeling in our toes and icecube hands we finally headed back to Jared's. Jacob and his new friend Mary (who is absolutely adorable in everyway) drove me back to Beth's to settle in for the evening.

Seth and Grammy had a fun good morning chat before he left for school and then
my sweet little grandgirls just had to have one more "teaparty"!

What a great way to spend 24 hours!

Having a "HOLE" lot of fun!

Beth and I took the big kids to look for seashells when they came for the weekend. Seth and Carolyn found the big sand hole to be the hit of the day. Beth enjoyed watching the waves roll in. The fall weather made it to cold for wading but we had to get just a little wet sand between our toes! Wish you could all come and play in the sand with us! The sound and smell of the ocean is so soothing to the soul any time of year.....

Hair do's for two

The twins finally have enough hair to fix. I had fun on their visit getting them ready for church. I just love the water spout hair do on babies!

Hooray for the best Son-n-law!

Rob came to our rescue and we are now up and running with a new computer! We are so blessed by his kindness and genorosity. He truly gives of himself and looks for ways to brighten days.
